How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Note your transaction order number.

2. Send an email with the subject: “Refund Request”.

3. Describe the problem you’re facing and the reason for your request.

4. Provide any evidence if required; we may also share our observations to clarify our decision transparently.

Conditions

• Refunds due to technical issues require you to allow us 48 hours to attempt resolving the problem. If the issue persists beyond 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.

• Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of purchase. Requests beyond this period may only be partially refunded based on subscription usage.

• Refunds are processed by our payment providers and typically take 20–31 business days for credit card payments. In some cases, refunds may take up to 90 days. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Issued

• Users are unable to set up their own boxes, devices, or apps. We provide full support, but we cannot guarantee refunds if setup issues are due to the client’s side.

• Temporary channel issues such as freezing or buffering. These are often caused by:

  • Fluctuations in the client’s internet connection.

  • Device, app, or general setup issues.

  • ISP or server-side issues.

Special Cases

If the client cannot watch their IPTV subscription for more than 48 hours due to a server or service issue on our side, we will:

• Fully refund the package price or

• Extend the subscription for the lost time plus an additional bonus, negotiable with the client.
